Below are common questions about the venue.
What is your maximum capacity? 200 guests May – October; 150 November – April
Do you host events year around? Yes, we are a year around event venue.
Is there heat in the barn? Yes, we have a heating system for the winter months.
Do you have WiFi? We have WiFi networks in the event barn and log cabin. We also have ethernet capabilities for live stream.
Do you have parking on site? Yes, our gravel parking lot has 58 stalls with overflow in our adjacent field.
Is overnight parking allowed? No
What types of public transportation are available? Transportation options include a local taxi service, shuttle services as well as a limited Uber and Lyft presence. Please ask for more details.
Do you require a coordinator for wedding events? Not required but highly recommended. See our preferred vendor list.
What is the inclement weather plan? Our venue does not provide tents. If the PNW weather changes your outdoor plans you may bring tents or we can discuss the options for hosting your event inside our 5,000 sf event barn.
Is the venue handicap accessible? With the exception of our groom’s cabin all of our spaces are handicap accessible including our indoor bathrooms.
What is the alcohol policy? Beer, wine, cider, seltzers and champagne are allowed. No hard alcohol. You must acquire a banquet permit and hire one of our approved bartenders to serve.
Are clients required to use our professional vendors? No, with the exception of bartending services. All other services are your choice. See our preferred professional list for some great suggestions.
Is rehearsal time provided? Yes, we offer a 1-hour complimentary rehearsal the week prior to your wedding. Rehearsal dinners are not allowed.
Who is responsible for tables and chairs? We provide the set up and break down of our tables and chairs for every event.
